Third Annual Kayla Lotz Memorial Golf Tournament
Monday, April 13th, 2026
Presented by Blount County Eye Center & Four Seasons Grounds Management benefiting Peace of Mind at Home.
We will host two flights of golfers:
MORNING GOLFERS - Registration begins at 7:00am and tee time is 8:00am.
AFTERNOON GOLFERS - Registration begins at 12:00 pm and tee time is 1:30 pm.
The cost is $500 per team.
A meal will be provided along with two beer vouchers and unlimited nonalcoholic drinks and snacks.
A silent auction will take place along with raffle prizes.
Kayla Allmon Lotz was diagnosed with ocular melanoma in September 2017 and fought the disease tirelessly for nearly four years until she eventually passed away in June 2021 at the young age of 33.
In the midst of her battle with cancer, she realized that she was blessed with a major support system but acknowledged that many others weren't as fortunate.
Her goal was to rally the community to provide support to cancer patients and their caregivers which is exactly what Peace of Mind at Home offers.
