2nd Annual Kayla Lotz Memorial Golf Tournament
Please join us for the Second Annual Kayla Lotz Memorial Golf Tournament benefiting Peace of Mind at Home.
Kayla Allmon Lotz was diagnosed with ocular melanoma in September 2017 and fought the disease tirelessly for nearly four years until she eventually passed away in July 2021 at the young age of 33.
In the midst of her battle with cancer, she realized that she was blessed with a major support system but acknowledged that many others weren't as fortunate.
Her goal was to rally the community to provide support to cancer patients and their caregivers which is exactly what Peace of Mind at Home offers.
Golf Event Details
The event is at Egwani Farms Golf Course on Monday, April 14th and we will host two flights this year. The cost is $500 per team. A meal will be provided along with two beer vouchers and unlimited nonalcoholic drinks and snacks. A silent auction will take place along with raffle prizes.
MORNING - Tee time is 8:00 a.m. with registration beginning at 7:00 a.m.
AFTERNOON - Tee time is 1:30 p.m. with registration beginning at 12:15 p.m.
